TOVAKA is an integrated constructions solutions company that designs, builds and manages buildings and civil infrastructure that improve everyday life.
We are a private company that seeks to contribute to the long term developmental goals of Zimbabwe and the African continent. We successfully blend international expertize and best practice with local knowledge to provide solutions with a global perspective.
Why we are different
There are many things that make TOVAKA different from other builders. First of all, ingrained in our culture is the concept of actively seeking continuous improvement in every aspect of our business.
Another distinguishing characteristic of TOVAKA is a unique approach to construction that begins with a simple, but all-too-often ignored, skill: we listen. We ask probing questions of our clients to learn about their goals, work and communication styles, concerns and preferences, and how they measure success. Once we have a clear understanding of these needs and goals, we make them our own and then begin a collaborative, intelligent approach to each project.
On all of our projects, as well as in our internal operations, TOVAKA people practice outstanding customer service. Proactive communication, putting ourselves in our customers’ shoes, exceeding expectations, and seeking candid and constructive feedback.
Finally, we believe in Zimbabwe and its people and as such our aim is to do our bit in building Zimbabwe into a modern 21st century country, through providing world class products and services.
Our convictions
Our objective is to provide world class service to our customers. Our ambition is to create value for our customers for society as a whole. We also look at how our projects meet the needs of the customer and the broader Zimbabwean community, as well as considering their environmental impact and contribution to the development of both local and wider communities.
