Bitumen World was incorporated in Bulawayo in July 2012 with the aim of providing public and private sector Clients with quality, cost effective, safe and environmentally sound specialist blacktop surfacing solutions.Although a relatively new company the Directors and Management, together, have in excess of 150 years experience in the construction industry of which 120 years is in the blacktop field.
Bitumen World is equipped to offer specialized expertise in all forms of blacktop surfacing, including the supply and delivery of bulk and drummed bituminous binders.Bitumen World started off by hiring surfacing equipment to the Zimbabwe Ministry of Transport in late 2012. Since then they have completed several small projects as a subcontractor and progressed to bigger projects where they have resealed significant lengths of Zimbabwean roads. Although Bitumen World have been operating for only a short time they have already gained a reputation in the marketplace for quality work, completed safely, on time and to budget
