Origin
Mandel Training Centre a Delta Training Institution was established in the late seventies to spearhead Management and Supervisory Development in the Delta Group.
Its mandate evolved to include organisational capability development in Marketing, Sales and Distribution as well as in the proficient use of the company’s investment in ICT.
Mandel Training Centre opened its business to non-Delta companies both in the Private and Public Sectors in later years and, overtime, has come to be recognised as the leading centre for Human Capability Development in Zimbabwe.
The Hotel and Conferencing facilities at Mandel provided convenience to Delta over the years. The Group’s high profile conferences and workshops were held at this venue.
Business Positioning
Mandel is firmly in the Applied Business Sciences space. Its Human Capability Development Solutions, Performance Consulting Solutions, and Conferencing Solutions are immersed in application, not in academic theory, therefore unique.
Technical Partnerships
Mandel has entered into technical partnerships with the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
These partnerships bring international “best practice” to Mandel for the benefit of its growing number of Clients.
