Terrazzo This is a flooring material that consists of chips of surplus marble, quartz, granite, glass or other suitable material which is mixed with a binder that is cement, chemical or a combination of both. It is cured, ground and polished by hand to a smooth surface or otherwise finished to produce a uniformly textured surface. Precast Concrete This is a construction product produced by casting concrete in a reusable mould or ‘form’ which is then cured in a controlled environment and transported to the construction site.
