INTERNATIONAL COACHING & MENTORING FOUNDATION

The International Coaching & Mentoring Foundation (ICMF) was established in May 2016 as a trust dedicated to support, develop, & preserve the standards of professional coaches in Zimbabwe, the region & international community in order to serve corporate & personal clients at the highest levels of competency & integrity. The coaching and certifying Life Coaches and Mentors is done in accordance to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) professional standards. The ICMF Registration Number is MA 0000730/ 2016 and has a Board of Trustees whose diverse and multi-skills brings proven unparralled expertise to the Foundation. Based in Harare, Zimbabwe ICMF works globally with leading companies and member based organizations across the corporate, government and not for profit sectors. We also work with individual executives and emerging leaders who engage us privately. Our research and experience shows that our intervention programs have a positive success rate. Our Coaches are carefully selected from our highly experienced and rich network of over 50 Certified and Accredited Coaches across diverse professions. Most importantly, our Coaches share high levels of commitment to developing, engaging and supporting individuals and teams to reach their goals.
